Terms of business and using this website

Sending a brief or choosing a plan on this website is an enquiry, not an order. It doesn’t start a contract or take payment.

Every plan starts with a bespoke website and includes hosting and ongoing care. Current prices are on our About and pricing page.

Each plan has a 12-month initial agreement, then continues monthly at its stated price, with 30 days’ notice to end it. We agree the pages, functionality and launch scope with you in writing before work starts.

Website includes 5 change requests a month, Growth 10 and Authority 15. They cover small updates such as supplied text, prices, opening hours or contact details, replacing supplied images, adding a testimonial or adjusting existing links. Unused requests don’t roll over.

New layouts, redesigns, substantial copywriting, major new functionality, ecommerce and custom integrations are quoted separately. Fixing faults in our own work, and the SEO work included in your plan, don’t use your allowance.

We aim to complete routine, in-scope edits within five working days on Website, three on Growth and two on Authority, once we have the materials and approval we need. These are scheduling targets, not guaranteed times. Larger requests get an agreed timescale.

You own your domain and the content you supply from day one. We register new domains in your name. If we manage the domain, we hand over management or help transfer it when you leave.

Once the initial 12 months are complete and payments are settled, you can take the website files and any relevant content or database export to another provider. Hosting, maintenance and our ongoing services end on the agreed cancellation date, and we coordinate the handover before hosting stops.

Third-party software, stock assets and services stay subject to their own licences. Our reusable tools and components aren’t transferred as exclusive intellectual property. Any dependencies and licences needed to run your website are listed in the proposal and handover.

Ad management is a separate, month-to-month service and isn’t part of a website plan’s 12-month commitment. Tell us before the next management month starts if you want to pause or stop. Pausing an advert mid-month doesn’t cancel that month’s management fee.

You pay the advertising platforms directly. We confirm campaign scope and any extra setup or creative costs before you start.

Our plans don’t include unlimited development or a guaranteed search position, and nobody can promise how many enquiries a website or an advert will bring.
